Since 1973, Teddy Bear Day Care Centers have been providing top-quality care for children across Chicagoland — from infancy through preschool to preteen years. Each year, we welcome over 500 children into our programs, offering full-day supervision, before and after school care, infant and toddler care, and exciting summer day camp experiences.
Year-Round Programs for All Ages
We offer year-round care for ages 6 weeks to 12 years, with our popular Big Bear Day Camp bringing extra fun and adventure each summer for children ages 6 to 12.

Children at Teddy Bear enjoy nutritious daily meals, including breakfast, hot lunches, and healthy snacks. Our facilities feature both indoor and private outdoor play areas, and our programs include supervised educational field trips that blend learning with fun.
Licensed & Accredited Excellence
Teddy Bear Day Care Centers are fully licensed and dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality childcare. We are DCFS licensed, ensuring excellence in both our facilities and our caregivers. Our Pre-K programs are accredited by the State of Illinois, and we are honored to partner with Head Start.
